Its been quite a while I didn't have any job interview appointment until the recent one on last Wednesday evening, an interview recommended by one of my friend.. honestly, I was a bit nervous few hours before the interview appointment, I really worried that I will sweat a lot during the interview because that's my habit.. sweat and sweat when I am getting nervous.. I am sure everyone will have some kind of funny reaction when they are nervous, like one of my friend will feel like wanna run for toilet when she get nervous.. haha!!
I was there 15 mins before the interview appointment, as I know sure I will request to fill up a form, a tedious one..!! without any surprise, I have to fill up a job application form which I hate most because all the information required are in my resume which I have email to them a week before.. and the columns in the form are quite small for mt hand writings.. so I have to struggle and try to write smaller, eee.. the hand writings look so ugly..
They are interviewing a candidate when I was there, so I have to wait for my turn.. by the time I am waiting, my nervous feeling has gone and I am playing my mobile game, haha... I can said that I feel excited then nervous.. finally my turn, the interviewers are a guy and a lady, I guess both are in their 40s.. the very first question for me is 'Tell us about yourself..', wow!! what an easy question but have to be with a very comprehensive answer.. so I started with my backgrounds then to my current job functionality... bla.. bla.. bla.. from the questions they asked, I can know that they are more interested to know whether can I handle the end users (especially those 'ma-fan' users then my skills..) so I try to enhance my ability on the section that they interested on in order to gain more marks to become a finalist, haha...
The whole interview is about 45 minutes, and I have occupied 60% of the conversation, the guy took about 30% and the lady only 10%.. overall I think my performance is not bad, about 70 out of 100.. well I have tyr my best to promote myself, the rest just leave it to them and the one up there.. hope to hear a good news from them soon.. WISH ME GOOD LUCK..!!

Wanted
Frankly, what attracted me to watch this movie is Angelina Jolie 'AJ'.. It has been a while we didn't see any AJ's movie in cinema, she seems like busy with her personal life more then movies.. but can't blame her because she got too many kids to take care and also expecting a twin now.. haha!!
Wanted is an action film loosely based on the comic book miniseries 'Wanted' by Mark Millar.. it is basically talking about a thousand-year-old secret society of assassins called The Fraternity which is lead by Sloan.. nothing much to say about the storyline of the movie because we can't expect much on it as an action movie.. the most interesting part in the movie is the effect of the slow motion movement of bullets, especially it shows how the bullet went through the humans head, and also the reverse movement of a bullet from the humans head backward to the gun.. it is awesome!!
The car and train chasing parts are great too.. especially the car chasing, I have to say AJ is pretty hot with the dress and high heels, and the way she drives and moving her body outside the car in order to fire are so damn hot, and not to mention her super-cool look when she holding guns, oh ya! have to mention that her tattoos are cool as well.. but I really feel that she is too skinny in the movie.. another highlight of the movie is those rats tight with bomb, damn interesting..
Overall, it is an entertaining movie especially the bullet movements and car chasing.. the ending of the movie is a bit out of my expectation.. recommended to those who like action movie and sure you won't feel bored with this one..

finding alternative ways..
I guess everybody is finding altrenative ways to cut down their expenses after the petrol price increased, and it really hit a big impact to all of us.. heard from friend that there will be another increment somewhere in August and estimated it will be 100% increment or about RM5 per liter, OMG!! that's really crazy..!! my friend said if that really happened and he will not drive anymore and will change to motorbike to save costs.. and I joked to him that he should go to get his motorbike test now to avoid the long queue later if the petrol price really up again... anyway I really hope that won't happen, else people in this country will have to struggle more to live for their daily life..
As you can see everything seems like slowing down now in all industry, even in food industry.. those long queue has gone and people would prefer to eat at home.. even for myself, I found that it is getting hard to save some extra money every month because the value of our money is getting smaller.. so we have to manage our expenses and find out where and how we can cut down our expenses, for myself.. firstly I will try to cut down the money I spend for foods.. I have talked to my lunch partner that we shouldn't spend more then RM10 for our lunch a day.. next will be the money spend for entertainments and mostly is in movie..
Well.. I guess it is hard time for most of us now.. but we have no choice and life still have to goes on.. in term of blaming and protest (which I don't think the government will change anything..), the more practical way is to adjust our daily life and finding alternative ways to carry on our daily life..

Please try to be punctual in your next class..
Lately there are more new members in our fitness centre, which I think it is something good because more people can make the gym become more happening and at the same time we have more people to see during our break.. haha!!
One thing that really make us mad is those new members who wanna join the group exercise class.. most of them are always late to enter the class.. I mean it is fine if you are late because you may caught in the jam or something.. but if you are enter the class late please be more consider of others and don't just squeeze yourself in between us, why not just stand at some other place because there are still lot of space in the studio.. wondering why they like to squeeze in a small space..?? what I hate most is in Body Combat class which we need a lot of space for kicking and jumping, next time I will kick their ass, haha.. it is same for Body Pump class, just like last Sunday when we are doing second track, suddenly these two ladies enter the studio and put two boards in front of me where the space is only enough for one.. they are blocking my view and also interrupt my movements, so by no choice I have to move my board to the corner.. and these two bitch(sorry can't think of any other better word to describe them..), just pretend nothing.. WTF!! I should suggest to the instructor lock the door once the class has started or ask those who are late stand at the front row.. any other better suggestions??

another steamboat on the weekend..
I bet you have seen my posts about trying different steamboat in town lately with my friends.. after the pumpkin soup steamboat on last weekend, which really scared us because of the thickness of the soup, and we all have decided not to go back there again.. even the steamboat king also admitted he will not go there anymore.. haha!!
Something new again on the weekend.. on sunday night, one of my friend brought us to try the 'pork bone' soup steamboat somewhere in Cheras, he has tried 2 times and highly recommended to us who never try before.. the place is quite isolated and he is quite confused when leading us to there, after turning right and left and go up to the hill.. finally we are at the place.. (if you want me to go by myself, 80% i will get lost, because its really an inner part of somewhere..)
Although it is Sunday night and also it is so famous but only 20% of the place are occupied by customers, it proved that how bad is the economy in our country now.. lot of people will cook at home now instead of eat outside, especially for those big family.. we have ordered the 'pork bone' soup and the steamboat sets.. honestly, this is definitely much nicer then the pumpkin soup.. the soup taste so sweet and there are 3 pieces of pork bone inside the soup.. overall it is worth to try, something different.. when the bill came, we noticed that the soup is count seperately, which cost us RM12 for the soup and the pork bone.. wow!! quite expensive then.. no wonder not so many people.. beside the pork bone, they do have other soups, but I am sure they won't charge as high as RM12 for the rest..
Wondering what soup we will try again on coming weekend??.. hopefully we can try something else, I really need a 'steamboat break'.. haha..!! another funny thing is, I recomended it to another friend, and guess what...?? she scolded me to recomend something so unhealthy to her - the pork bone and ask me don't go again.. haha..!!

10th anniversary for Wendy Fitzwilliam..
This post is specially dedicated to my favorite Miss Universe in the 90s - miss Wendy Fitzwilliam.. and its to celebrate the 10th anniversary for her by winning the crown of Miss Universe 1998!!
10 years ago.. Wendy Fitzwilliam from Trinidad and Tobago won the 1998 Miss Universe in Honolulu, Hawaii.. she is the only second black to win the Miss Universe competition and also second from her country to win the title.. the 6' 1" (185cm) tall Caribbean beauty hold the bachelor's degree in law..
I can perform 'chakra asana'... YES!!
Its been a month plus since I started to attend yoga classes.. so far, I still looking forward to go for the classes although most of the pose are quite tough for me as a beginner, I will take it as a challenge to try my best to perform all the pose correct..
There is one pose 'chakra asana' that I couldn't perform which make me really depressed because 80% of the members in the class manage to perform that (even my two girl friends also can perform the pose) .. even I think a lot of people can perform this pose although they didn't attend yoga, it seems like something very simple.. that's make me depressed.. initially I though it was because my arms are not strong enough to push my body up, but when I think back, this may not the reason because even some ladies who are a bit 'over size' can perform the pose.. so I guess it is something wrong with my technique.. my friend told me that it could be because I am too nervous, because she has the same problme when she just started the yoga.. so she advised me to relax and take a deep breath then push myself up.. finally I manage to perform the 'chakra asana' pose yesterday in the class and next is to hold for longer in this pose.. wow!! honestly I feel damn happy for myself..!! I can make it.. YES!!

I miss you - BODYJAM..!!
I used to be a BodyJam 'kaki' when I was in my previous fitness centre.. used to attend BodyJam class at lease 2 times a week with my gym 'kaki', and even has become friend with the instructor, THE DIVA .. no doubt he is a good BodyJam instructor and his class is fun! fun! fun!
Some guys may find the movements in BodyJam is a bit 'Hiao' or sissy but when the music is on.. you will forget all the 'Hiao' and just move with the music.. when come to dance, no one will care you are guy or girl, 'Hiao' or not.. people will just enjoy the music and dance.. I still remembered my favorite tracks in the previous BodyJam is the song 'Call On Me'.. when this song is played, wow!! I will forget everything in my mind and just move and shake my body.. another favorite song is 'Don't Stop The Music' by Rihanna.. we all love the movements in this track so much, all will go crazy when the song is on...
Back in my current fitness centre, there is BodyJam classes but just the instructor conducting the class is less fun.. not to say about their movements, but just lack of fun that we had last time.. joined 2-3 times before and I felt bored and quit BodyJam..
Recently I heard that the person in charge is asking the previous BodyJam instructor, the DIVA to teach in my current fitness centre.. what a good news!! I really hope it will really happen so we can JAM with the DIVA again.. and sure will be fun! fun! fun! again... yahoo!!

This is the song that I keep on playing in my ipod recently.. I love this song..!! '不药而愈' is one of the song in 郭静 latest album '下一个天亮'.. the lyric of this song is simple yet meaningful.. the whole feeling of the song is just so sad.. dedicate this song to those who has just broke off with their another half, I am sure they can feel more and the percentage of making them cry while listening to this song will be more then 90%.. don't believe me.. try it and see how deep you can feel.. hope you guys will like the song..!!
郭静 is a new singer from Taiwan who had released her debut album somewhere last year, and her debut album has done very well in the music charts performance and it has received good reviews as well.. and her second album '下一个天亮' which had just released recently, also doing very well in music charts.. I just start to listen to her songs.. to me, her look doesn't really match her voice, a sweet look but strong voice.. she is a talented singer and sure she will deliver more better quality songs in future..
10,000 steps a day..!!
Do you really count how many steps you walk a day?? I bet none of us really count right..?? I been heard from doctor that actually walking is a very good exercise for our heart.. especially for senior people who may not be able to jog due to their physical condition..
I saw this short notice in one of the pharmacy that day, just to share.. we should walk 10,000 steps a day to take care our heart and maintain its functionality.. I was a bit doubt that, how many of us did that?? because 10,000 steps is a lot ha..!! so I start to count the steps from the pharmacy walk back to my office, guess what..?? I have reached quarter of 10,000 steps.. I walk a lot everyday when I go to work in the morning, lunch time, after gym.. so definitely I have 10,000 steps a day.. yo! yo!
Walking is the most easier exercise that we can do.. but I know that some people are just too lazy to walk, even a very short distance they will drive.. why not try to walk more especially for those people who have no time to exercise.. 10,000 steps a day it sounds big!! but actually it is not hard to achieve.. let's walk!!

little tip to lose weight..
I bet we saw a lot of articles about weight control by diet in newspaper or magazine.. recently I saw this one in a magazine and would like to share it with those who wanna lose weight.. the little tip here is >> 3 days continuously in a week just take apples and drink water and strictly no other foods.. on the 4th day(the first day you start to eat normal), start to eat something light and don't take high contents of calorie and fat foods.. based on the article, you will lose 3-5kg in a month..
Sounds impossible for me, if I follow the plan, I don't think I have energy to come to work and not to say go to gym and workout.. maybe can try if I am talking 3 days off and just stay at home for DVD and in bed.. haha!! so far, still no intention to try that.. for those who are interested.. all the best and good luck..!!

any police on the street..??
Asking you guys one question.. 'How often do you see police on the street?'.. I think the answer is almost 'zero'.. Just talk about in bukit bintang area where lot of people passing by everyday, lot of tourist, lot of hawkers.. I am working in the area for so many years but honestly I hardly see any police on the street.. it used to have a police stand opposite my office last time and its only there for about 3-4 months then they removed it, even during the period when the stand was there, but it always closed and hardly have any police on duty..
For those who have been to HK, I am sure you can see police on duty - 'hang pep' (in cantonese) on the street, even in BKK and SIN, and some others city.. we can see police on the street quite often.. so, where are our local police..?? are they all sitting inside the police station to avoid the hot weather ..??
Since the criminal cases are keep on increasing now.. the police should come out from the police station and do their duty on the street to protect us, although I didn't expect them to help much but at least they are there if anything happen..

The Incredible Hulk
The green beast is back..!! this is the second 'Incredible Hunk' movie since the first one was directed by Ang Lee in 2003.. some ask, is it the part 2? I don't think so.. in fact, I can't really remember much of the first one after 5 years but what I can remembered is the hunk in the first movie is more handsome then this one.. haha!!!!
I bet all of us know the story of incredible hunk right?? I bet you all know he turns green because he is angry.. but one funny fact I just found out from the movie is.. he can even turn to green when he gets too excited.. excited here is some romantic stuffs like kiss and having sex.. when he is getting excited, his heartbeat will keep on increasing.. OPSSS!! can you imagine how scary if half way he turns green..?? haha!! so, no naughty with girls, be a good boy!!
Another part which I don't really like is.. why recently all the movie like to have 'beast vs beast', like the previous Aliens and Ironman.. I guess it is more entertaining if 'beast vs beast' compare to 'human vs beast', common sense is beast is more powerful then human.. so they are better fighter then human without any weapons..
Not so sure why they choose Edward Norton as hunk? no question about his acting but just his physical appearance, even he is a bit small size when he is standing next to the actress Liv Tyler in the movie..
Overall, it is an entertaining movie.. no much complains.. one part in the movie that I like is the scenery in Brazil, OMG!! those houses are just like mountain.. it is just amazing!!
Aiya! ate so much over the weekend again..
Aiya!! Ate so much again over the weekend(a long weekend because I was on leave on Friday and Monday, so I have 4 days off..) It is no doubt that 'eating' is still the best way to communicate among people.. when talking about family or friends gathering, usually we will set up a dinner or something, then we all just eat and chat and laugh.. everyone happy ha!!
Friend brought us to try a special pumpkin soup steamboat, I am not a steamboat lover but all of my friends like steamboat so much.. wondering why? maybe because we can eat lot of different things in steamboat.. if you ask me why I don't like it?? honestly I don't know why?? just don't have the feeling wanna go for steamboat.. So far I never suggested to go steamboat when they want me to suggest what to eat.. back to the pumpkin soup steamboat, to me it is so so only, in fact the pumpkin soup is quite thick because they added eggs inside that, no doubt the pumpkin soup is nice but don't drink too much, you will get full and can't eat other stuffs..
We went to eat my favorite fish head noodle and ginger steam fish heat on Sunday morning in Cheras.. could be ate too much and I feel a bit heavy when doing body pump class in the afternoon, haha.. on Monday, again.. fish head noodle.. this is the clay pot type near Kuchai Lama.. another satisfaction lunch.. haha!!
So.. what is next..??? no need me to say more.. have to work super hard in gym.. LET'S GET SWEAT DUDE!!

The Home Song Stories (a true Australian story)
Getting know of this movie because of Joan Chen - 陳冲, who won a few Best Actress Award in Germany, Australia and Golden Horse Award last year by her role 'Rose' in this movie 'The Home Song Stories'.. Congratulation!!
I tell myself I must watch this movie because Joan Chen is one of my favorite actress and with the awards she won, I am sure she has done a super great job in this movie.. I must go get the DVD of this movie as I know definitely it won't show in the cinema here as the market of this category of movie is not big, and can't make profit from that.. I was damn happy when I saw the DVD and just grab it without think twice..
The Home Song Stories is an Australian film released in 2007 and basically the story is talking about a nightclub singer 'Rose' with her daughter and son in Hong Kong in the 60s.. Rose and her kids follow a navy to Melbourne, but Rose run away with her kids one week later as she is bored with the navy.. then she met a young and handsome chef and develop an unstable relationship with him, which at the same time it also affects that relationship between her kids and her.. it is a sad ending where Rose kill herself because she has lost the meaning of life and she can't move on as she been hurts too deep by the guy..
There is no doubt of Joan Chen acting in the movie, she did a great job here as a classic nightclub singer.. particularly I like the first part where she wears 'cheong sam' and singing in the club, as you can see her eyes are full of sorrow although she has to laugh and entertaining those bosses, she drinks to release the sorrow but her eyes still show that.. the boy who is her son has done a good job too, he hires his feeling and unhappiness very well, especially the part where he lock himself in the cubicle and cry because his friend insulted his mum of her dressing.. a very talented young actor.. even the daughter also did a good job here..
If you are interesting for something about love in a family.. and the life of a lady on how she fights to survive in a place which is not belong to her.. then this one is a good choice.. highly recommended to those who enjoy this category of movie and also to all Joan Chen's fan..

I wish I can have a pug..(one day..)
There are a few pugs appear in my life lately.. first is the one next to my friend's place, that day I saw a pug (quite small size, bet he is still at very young age) at the door side, he is so cute especially the eyes, the eyes seem like giving me a signal to open the door and let him out.. haha..!! but too bad, I can't because I don't know the owner..
Few days later I saw another pug where the owner bring him (unsure the sex of the pug, let's assume it is a male..) to have morning walk in the playground nearby my house.. when the time I saw him, he is pees under a tree, so cute.. haha..
My family having 2 dogs, so actually I am growing up with the companion of dogs and I know how to take care of them too.. I like dog, whenever I saw a dog (the friendly one..) I will try to play with them.. my brother is a dog lover, he got 3 dogs at his home.. so whenever I visit him, sure I will play and disturb his dogs, haha..
I like pug because they look so cute to me, their face seems like smash by wall and become so flat, haha.. a lot of my friends seem don't like pug because to them it is an ugly dog.. but not for me.. if talking about a bigger dog, I will go for Labrador Retriever.. to me they look so smart and loyal.. If I even have a chance to have dog for my own then my first choice will be pug then a labrador retriever.. but at this moment I don't think I am afford to have a dog because I reach home late everyday and I have no time to take care their daily routines, beside that I stay in an apartment and there is no land for them to run around.. So for time being, just can think about it.. aiksss...

Maggie with Panda
Talking about the trend of Panda on the upcoming Olympic 2008 in Beijing and also the current moving 'Kung Fu Panda' showing in cinema.. and also the latest China collections from Philosophy which also have panda print t shirts..
Actually my lovely fashion icon and movie queen Maggie Cheung had worn a t-shirt with a panda and bamboo on her visits to Yun Nan somewhere last October.. beside that she does design a panda collections pendant for Quileen jewelry.. So in order to become trendy, let's get a panda stuffs or accessories for the *panda mania* haha!! wondering is it any panda underwear?? opsss... cute ha!!
Kung Fu Panda
I have no intention to watch this show.. although I never seen the trailer before, but from what I seen on the poster and newspaper, the panda looks so clumsy and it doesn't look cute at all as a role in animation movie.. Friend got a few free tickets of this show so I just joined them for the movie over the weekend..
In fact, the show is quite entertaining.. Jack Black as the panda 'Po' is damn funny, his voice really make the panda much more attractive then what I seen in the poster.. well done Jack, to me he really suit the role.. other big stars voices in the movie are Angeline Jolie as the 'Tigress', her voice is so sexy and we all can recognised her just by her voices, haha.. and her role is the most important among the 'Furious Five', others in the 'Furious Five' that I known are Lucy Liu as 'Viper', the less important role and also Jackie Chan as 'Monkey', a bit surprised that his role is really much lesser in the movie then what we have expected.. the voice of 'Shifu' by Dustin Huffman is great too, which make the role more alive.. even the 'Master Oorway' is cute as well..
One funny thing is, we are wondering why the residents in the valley are mostly pigs, rats and ducks..?? there is only one panda and it is same as well for the 'Furious Five' in the valley..?? is it mean those who know kung fu are not the residents from the valley beside the panda..?? and also a bit funny that the clumsy panda manage to pick up the kung fu so well just in a very short period of time and manage to beat the 'Tai Lung' at the end.. anyway it is just an animation movie and don't ask for too much logic..
Overall, it is a quite enjoyable movie.. I bet the panda will become very popular because of the coming Olympic 2008 in Beijing.. we can see panda's staffs everywhere now, even friend is asking me to get a panda print t shirt to join the panda mania.. haha..!! by the way the movie is with English and Cantonese version, so make sure you pick the right one before you get your tickets..

mad and stressful weeks at work..
There is a power failure over the weekend on 25 May in our head office.. when everybody back to work on monday, wow... earthquake.. guess what?? the power failure has caused all the servers down..
We are accessing from our office to the servers in head office for our daily operations.. on monday, all the servers couldn't be accessed and users complains from morning till the evening.. but too bad they can't do their works whole day and lot of manual works have to be done (that's the main reason they complains..) I am the most in demand guy that day because I am in charge of the servers, and most of the complains came to me.. haizzz..
So on the past 2 weeks we are damn stress to find out the solutions and to make sure the servers are accessible.. till now most of the servers are back to normal but still left one more.. this is the major one, because even the vendor also having headache to find the solutions, so far they have came out with few suggestions but too bad... all not working.. huh.. hopefully they will manage to find out the solution and solve the problem soon.. very soon..
These 2 weeks is a mad mad weeks for me, and also stressful weeks.. hope the problem can be solved soon then I can see the sunny day again...!! bless me..

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
An entertaining treasure hunt movie with lot of interesting and funny scenes.. Harrison Ford is still as good as before in Indiana Jones after 19 years..
I have to admit that I am a big fan of Indiana Jones.. I didn't miss the previous 3 Indiana's movies and till now I still love them.. After 19 years of waiting.. finally Indiana Jones is back with the new movie 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull'..
Harrison Ford is 65 years old now.. I bet the most talk able issue about this movie is at his age, can he still run and jump around as he did as Indiana Jones?? Honestly I do doubt about it before I go for the show..
Overall, the show is still good and entertaining.. to me the most interesting part of the show is when they are chasing each other by jeeps and at the cliff.. the chasing part is fun and also how they shifted from one jeep to another.. another interesting part is the sword fighting which make me think of Zorro.. haha!! The young guy who swinging with the branches of tree with the monkeys are so funny.. of coz the huge waterfalls are interesting too.. the surprised is the aliens appeared and the UFO at the end..
Harrison Ford still doing a good job in the movie, although he is with more white hair now and gained some extra weights.. but he still can run and jump around as he did in the movie although he may look more tired then before.. but for the age of 65, I have to pay my respect to him for those actions he did in the movie.. I am sure this will be his last Indiana Jones movies, unless they make another one next year.. haha!! Beside that the lead actress who is a bad woman looks cool with the hair style and I like the way she talks.. I like her in the movie although she is bad.. haha!!
Before I watch the show, I have heard some poor reviews from my friends who had watched it.. but it is an entertaining movie and it is not as bored they what they have commended, what they expect from a treasure hunt movie like this...?? better storyline?? move advance technology?? If you are a fan of treasure hunt movie, I am sure you will love this one.. it is worth to wait such long for Indiana Jones to back.. well done Mr.Harrison Ford..!!
MV : Rise - Safri Duo
This is my favorite warm up track in Body Pump.. till now.. I still like this track as warm up after so long.. Safri Duo is Danish percussion duo composed of Uffe Savery and Morten Friis.. I know them because of their song 'Played-a-live (The Bongo Song).. this song is so popular till one of my friend used it on her wedding dinner when the first dish is serve, recently the Digi advertisement as used this song as the theme.. you may heard this song before just maybe you don't know the title of it..
'Rise' is the type of song with lot of drums at the background.. Actually Safri Duo is good in playing drums, all of their songs that I have heard before basically drums are the main background music.. Usually I played 'Rise' while running in the gym.. I really can feel the power and the energy of the song to push me run faster.. haha!! the MV of the song is super cool.. it is just like a documentary.. The journey started from the universe, to space, to sky, to earth, to urban, to human, to animal, to insect, to jungle and so on.. a great MV with the brilliant song.. If you guys like drums, I am sure definitely you will love this song..!! ENJOY..!!
